which is accessible by staff at Harbour Yachts. In particular, we want you to know that Harbour Yachts is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other

Boat Enquiries
The personal information you supply by completing our boat enquiry form will be sent to us in the form of an email. Harbour Yachts will use this information to enable a response to your enquiry and, in some cases, to keep you informed of similar vessels that we consider might be of interest. Your information will be added to our internal database to track enquiries for vessels we are selling and marketing on behalf of their respective owners. We will use the information provided to process a purchase, the preparation of documentation including contracts. Communications using this information may be transmitted by telephone, e mail or post.
If you have contacted us with an interest in Harbour Yachts selling and marketing your vessel on your behalf, your information will be added to our internal database. We will use this information to track the marketing and sale of your vessel and to keep you informed of interest being shown. Your details will remain on our internal database to provide a historical record of vessel sales maintained for internal use only.
The contact details retained on our internal database are solely used by staff and management at Harbour Yachts to manage sales and purchases of the vessels we have listed.

How We Protect and Maintain Your Data
All of the computers used at Harbour Yachts are fully endorsed with the latest anti-virus software and password protected. We have firewalls in place to prevent unauthorised access to our systems. Any emails we receive from the contact forms on our website are stored on our email server which is located in a secure UK data centre. The email server is maintained by SCP Computers Ltd and is monitored for any unauthorised access. They have systems in-place to block detected unauthorised access attempts.
Our database is stored on a server within our office, is not publicly available and is only accessible from the computers on our internal network.

You have the right to request a copy of the information
that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some
